Hypnosis and NLP techniques on -- How to master the habit of ACTION?
 

Learning something new is not difficult but applying that in the most beneficial way is something, which is very difficult. This Hypnosis-NLP article attempts to eradicate the gap between learning and applying them. To make use of all that what you have learned is what called ‘the action habit’ in the language of Hypnosis.

Some people tend to think more and act less. They think endlessly about something without any action. The result can be only achieved only out of some action. So, one needs to master the habit of action. Idle thinking fetches no result. Hypnosis enables you to fetch results that are worthy.

The hypnosis defines the action habit as, ‘the plan where you intend to do a thing and employ ways of doing that.’ The action plan requires you to make the written note of doing the things and then execute them immediately. The people with the action habit usually avoid the unnecessary delay in turning the plan into action. They are ready to undertake risks and keep moving forward in their lives.

The real way to get the results is the action. Language gives you insight into your mindsets. Changing your mindsets creates a corresponding change in how you speak and hypnosis can help you do that. How you speak is the direct result of how you think. Changing your language and the way you speak changes your thoughts and thus your mindset.

To master the action habit, you need to change the mode of your language and hypnosis makes this possible. Firstly, try to eliminate the two phrases from your mindset, ‘I think’ and ‘I believe’. Hypnosis regards these two as the most absurd mindsets that can spoil your career and caliber. They block you into the inactive role. When you say this, you are not sure what you want to say. It depicts as if you do not believe what you are saying. Which of the two statements is more powerful to you?

1. I think I am going to pass in the examination.
2. I will pass in my examination. Speak out and notice the difference. The second one is the most powerful one because you are sure and confident about yourself or about your action. This is what called as the hypnotic power.

Thus you may now be aware of the fact that how the language does make the difference in your action plan. Through hypnosis, you will get to know that your words give your action a priority. How you can create the action habit with your language? You need to begin with more and effective use of positive or active words. The following are the positive words: I can, I will, I can surely, I will do this etc.
  The examples for the action-oriented words are:

‘Let’s jump on this idea and run with it.’
‘I’ve got the rush to office and I’ll talk to you later.
‘Let’s grab the dinner now.’
 
What do you get out of these words? These words are action oriented. They ensure physical action. Learn to integrate such physical active words into your language.  The way you speak to yourself and others bears an influence on your mind and action. The hypnosis and NLP wants you to maximize the usage of such action oriented words in your talk and speech.

You can examine the difference by comparing the below mentioned sentences with those mentioned above.
‘Let’s accept this idea and begin with it.’
‘I must get going now and I’ll talk to you later.’
‘Let’s get some lunch now.’

These sentences do not relate to any physical action that ensures your action. That’s the difference which hypnosis attempts to explain you.

Try to make more use of the words that marks the need and urgency to make an action. Make the use of powerful and action-oriented words in your language and talk. With hypnosis and NLP try out to lessen the gap between thought and action. Hypnosis is your best friend; learn to make it your companion.

‘Remember the best outcome is the outcome of the best plan, thoughts and action.’
